Agent-Based Scheduling Mechanism for Semiconductor Manufacturing Systems with Temporal Constraints
Abstract
This paper addresses a multi-agent based scheduling mechanism for semiconductor manufacturing systems with hard inter-operation temporal constraints. The multi-agent architecture consists of scheduling agents, workcell agents, machine agents, and product agents.
