Functional annotation of putative aminoglycoside antibiotic modifying proteins in Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv

The growing availability of sequences of bacterial genomes has revealed a number of open reading frames predicted by sequence alignment to encode antibiotic resistance proteins.
