A methodological framework for implementation of asset management in PPP projects
Abstract
Over the past few decades, road agencies have increased private sector involvement through Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives. In Canada, between 1990 and 2016, there are about 245 projects built or in the planning and delivery stages under the PPP delivery model, 58 of which in the transportation sector.
