Clinicopathological features of primary lateral sclerosis are different from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Abstract
Primary lateral sclerosis (PLS) bears close resemblance to cases of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) presenting with spasticity, but histopathological studies have shown significant difference between the two conditions.
