Tibial aplasia-ectrodactyly with twinning and hydrocephalus
Abstract
A male infant, the survivor of a twin gestation in which the cotwin died before 11 weeks' gestation, was born with normal facies, single umbilical artery, hypoplastic left forearm with syndactyly of three digits, and severe bilateral lower limb reduction defects consistent with tibial aplasia-ectrodactyly. The infant subsequently developed idiopathic hydrocephalus at age 4 months.
