Improving the Quality of Lung Cancer Care in Ontario: The Lung Cancer Disease Pathway Initiative

BACKGROUND: Before 2008, Cancer Care Ontario (CCO) undertook provincial cancer control quality-improvement initiatives on a programmatic basis.
