Photoconductivity in amorphous selenium blocking structures
Abstract
Abstract Photoconductive properties of the first practical a‐Se avalanche photosensor (hole drift mobility, photocurrent response time, quantum yield of charge photogeneration and avalanche multiplication gain) have been studied.
