Modeling the Impedance Characterization of Prismatic Lithium-Ion Batteries
Abstract
The internal battery resistance can be measured using any one of the three available methods; conductance, impedance, or resistance measurements. An experimentally validated modeling technique using COMSOL multiphysics software has been developed to explain the importance of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) modeling.
