FUZZY BLOCK MATCHING MOTION ESTIMATION FOR VIDEO COMPRESSION
Abstract
Motion estimation demands intense computations. To overcome this obstacle, different techniques have been devised. In this paper an efficient spatio-temporal fuzzy search algorithm is proposed to shorten the search time without the loss of accuracy.
