Beremin model: Methodology and application to the prediction of the Euro toughness data set

This study aims to present a short and efficient way to apply the original Beremin model, published in 1983, to predict the scatter in the brittle part of the brittle-to-ductile transition curve of ferritic steels. From an engineering point of view, the application of this model has been hampered by the lack of an analytical solution for one of its parameters, Cm,n.
