Conditions Affecting the Responses of Human Platelets to Epinephrine
Abstract
Conditions affecting the responses of human platelets to epinephrine were examined. In platelet-rich plasma prepared from blood anticoagulated with hirudin or PPACK (D-phenylalanyl-L-prolyl-L-arginine chloromethyl ketone), epinephrine did not cause shape change or aggregation.
