BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: The risk of gout across CKD stages is not well described. DESIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS, & MEASUREMENTS: We performed a retrospective cohort study using linked health care databases from Ontario, Canada from 2002 to 2010.
