Severe mitral regurgitation due to right ventricular apical pacing
Abstract
A 75-year-old man with history of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation developed acute pulmonary oedema immediately after permanent pacemaker insertion for symptomatic bradycardia and was transferred to our institution.
