Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting for acute heparin-induced thrombocytopenia
Abstract
Surgical revascularization of coronary arteries is problematic for patients with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia because the available nonheparin anticoagulants cannot be reversed pharmacologically.
