Studying the effect of stress relaxation and creep on lattice strain evolution of stainless steel under tension
Abstract
Due to relatively long associated count times, in situ strain measurements using neutron diffraction requires periodic interruption of the test to collect the diffraction data by holding either the stress or the strain constant.
