Fault detection and isolation and safe-parking of networked systems
Abstract
This work considers the problem of fault detection and isolation (FDI) and fault-handling for networked systems subject to actuator faults. The faults considered preclude the possibility of nominal operation in the affected unit. First, a model-based methodology is presented to detect and isolate faults with the explicit consideration of uncertainty.
