417 EMPTY SELLA SYNDROME IN CHILDHOOD
Abstract
Extension of the subarachnoid space through a defective diaphragma sella may cause progressive enlargement of the pituitary fossa, and may result in secondary endocrine disturbances, CSF rhinorrhea or visual field defects.
