Translation and cultural adaptation of the CLEFT-Q for use in Colombia, Chile, and Spain

BackgroundCleft lip and/or palate (CL/P) is a common congenital craniofacial anomaly that may negatively affect an individual’s appearance, health-related quality of life, or speech.
