Abstract

This study was conducted to examine colonic abundances of anti‐inflammatory cytokine interleukin 10 (IL‐10) and pro‐inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor‐alpha (TNF‐α) and interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) in pigs fed a high‐fat basal diet supplemented with 15% guar gum and resistant starch.
