Overview

Dr. Gurmit Singh is a Professor of Pathology and Molecular Medicine at McMaster University and a Senior Scientist at Hamilton Health Sciences. He serves on a number of national and international scientific review panels. He has published over 200 papers and edited 4 books. His current interest is in “Oncodynamics” – namely effect of cancer cells on the body. He is specifically interested in neuropathic pain with emphasis on sex differences. He is currently studying the role of cannabis in pain management using preclinical models.
