Dr. Aaron Schat is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management at the DeGroote School of Business, where he also serves as Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies. His scholarly work is distinguished by a commitment to informing policies and interventions that foster respectful, safe, and productive work environments. Dr. Schat’s primary research interests centre on workplace aggression, worker health and well-being, and attachment dynamics at work.
His work has been published in leading journals in management and industrial-organizational psychology, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Work and Stress, and Personnel Review.
