Dr. Peter Azer is a Senior Motor Control Engineer at Stellantis Canada, specializing in electric machine control, power electronics, and system optimization for electrified powertrains. With a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from McMaster University and over a decade of academic and industry experience, his work spans dynamic modeling, digital controller design, machine learning integration, and acoustic noise analysis for electric drives.
Dr. Azer has authored over 15 journal articles and 10 conference papers, holds multiple pending US patents in motor drive applications, and has led R&D efforts in both industrial and academic settings.
