Ryan Smith

Associate Clinical Professor, Anesthesia

Dr Ryan Smith is a practicing anesthesiologist at McMaster University who has cross-border experience and medical licensure in both the United States and Canada. He has an active staff appointment at Hamilton Health Sciences. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and has special interests in neuroanesthesiology, perioperative medicine, quality improvement science and continuing medical education delivery. Dr Smith has subspecialty training in the use of point-of-care ultrasound in anesthesiology.
