3D Chemical and Elemental Imaging by STXM Spectrotomography
Abstract
Spectrotomography based on the scanning transmission x‐ray microscope (STXM) at the 10ID‐1 spectromicroscopy beamline of the Canadian Light Source was used to study two selected unicellular microorganisms.
