Cancer 2011;117:3989‐3998.The above article, published online on March 1, 2011 in Wiley Online Library ( https://doi.org/10.1002/cncr.25944) has been retracted by agreement between the journal’s Editor‐in‐Chief, Dr. Suresh S. Ramalingam, and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed upon following concerns raised by a third party (1) regarding flaws and inconsistencies between the results presented and the experimental methods described. In addition, evidence of image manipulation was also detected.
