Sensitivity of 5-fluorouracil-resistant cancer cells to adenovirus suicide gene therapy
Abstract
A promising approach for cancer gene therapy is the combination of adenovirus vectors (AdV) with the suicide gene cytosine deaminase and uracil phosphoribosyl transferase (CD∷UPRT).
