Structural Optimization of UHV Transmission Line Tower Foundation With External Flexible Graphite Composite Grounding Material

Abstract

In order to reduce the natural grounding resistance of the foundation of the UHV, this paper proposes to coat a flexible graphite grounding body outside the concrete to study and analyze the effect of reducing the resistance of the grounding body. Firstly, the single bored pile is equivalently simplified. Then the simulation calculation model of the UHV tower is established in the CDEGS software. The spiral, layered and cage three laying methods are used in different soil resistivity cases. The grounding resistance of the tower foundation is simulated and analyzed, and the effect of different laying methods is analyzed and compared. The research shows that all the three laying methods have significant effect of reducing the resistance. Under the same external conditions, the cage laying method has better resistance reduction effect than the other two. The research content can be applied to the design and construction of the typical UHV transmission line tower foundation, which has engineering application value.
