COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF ePTFE VASCULAR GRAFT THROMBOGENICITY ON-A-CHIP
Abstract
In this investigation, a microfluidic platform is developed to study the thrombogenicity of ePTFE vascular grafts under physiologically relevant flow conditions. The device is produced using a novel fabrication method which enables users to embed different ePTFE graft surfaces inside a patterned arrangement of channels.
