Effect of tungsten oxide nanoparticles lowering energy barrier in organic photovoltaic using PEDOT:PSS

Abstract

WO 3 nanoparticles were able to manipulate surface work function and applied into ITO anode of OPV device performing higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) and short-circuit current density comparing to conventional OPV device without nanoparticles.
