Commentary: Recognising patient preparation to improve patient‐centred care for diverse populations
Abstract
The author draws parallels between patient‐centred care and equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts in medicine. Recognizing the preparations patients undertake for healthcare encounters may improve patient‐centred care for diverse populations.
