Abstract

CONTEXT: Patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) may have pain refractory to conventional management strategies. Botulinum toxin A (BTX-A) is a potential therapeutic option. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the benefits and harms of BTX-A injections in the treatment of CPPS.
