In Vivo Murine Models of Brain Metastasis
Abstract
Metastases are the most common tumor type to affect the adult central nervous system. In vivo modeling of brain metastases provides insight into the mechanisms of metastatic development as well as a clinically relevant therapeutic screening platform.
