abstract

  • AbstractElectron–hole drops in doped germanium are found to give an absorption at long wavelengths. A study of the neutral donor absorption, the near‐infrared luminescence, and the movement of electron–hole in a magnetic field gradient shows that in the doped materials the drops are very small and localized on the neutral donors.
