Description of time-dependent deformation in sedimentary rocks

Abstract

This paper deals with formulation of constitutive relations describing the time-dependent deformation in sedimentary rocks. In contrast to classical viscoplasticity, the creep effects are attributed here to a progressive evolution of material microstructure.
