Integrating polyurethane culture substrates into poly(dimethylsiloxane) microdevices

Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS)-based microdevices have enabled rapid, high-throughput assessment of cellular response to precisely controlled microenvironmental stimuli, including chemical, matrix and mechanical factors.
