Sweat Glucose Sensing by Directly Bonded Thin Films

Abstract

In this paper, we report a unique approach to fabricate Cu-oxide based electrochemical sensors for glucose detection. One of the novelties of this work is the direct bonding of a 50 μm-thick rolled-annealed Cu foil with a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) substrate to create a robust nonenzymatic glucose sensor.
