Abstract
Hypoxia worsens brain injury following trauma, but the mechanisms remain unclear. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and secondary hypoxia (9% oxygen) on apoptosis-related protein expression, cell death, and behavior.
