  • SummaryWe report a case of difficult intubation in a child with Goldenhar syndrome and atypical plasma cholinesterase. Intubation attempts by direct laryngoscopy and the TrachlightTM were unsuccessful. The airway was ultimately secured using the pediatric GlideScope® in conjunction with external laryngeal manipulation.
