Stabilization of Lysozyme Mass Extracted From Lotrafilcon Silicone Hydrogel Contact Lenses

PURPOSE: Lysozyme deposits extracted from lotrafilcon silicone hydrogel (SH) contact lens materials demonstrate a loss in total mass as a function of storage time when assessed by Western blotting.
