On the Capacity of Finite-State Channels with Noisy State Information at the Encoder

We study the capacity of finite-state channels with noisy state information at the encoder. Finite-letter capacity upper and lower bounds are established. The bounds are further tightened for the case where the state process is available at the decoder.
