16-Channel CMOS Impedance Spectroscopy DNA Analyzer With Dual-Slope Multiplying ADCs

Abstract

We present a 16-channel, mixed-signal CMOS DNA analyzer that utilizes frequency response analysis (FRA) to extract the real and imaginary impedance components of the biosensor.
