Development of in-situ sample cells for scanning transmission x-ray microscopy
Abstract
An azimuthal rotatable sample cell, an electrochemical cell and a controlled humidity cell for in-situ scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM) were developed at UVSOR-III Synchrotron (Okazaki, Japan).
