Electrophoretic deposition of TiO2 nanoparticles using organic dyes

Abstract

Electrophoretic deposition method has been developed for the deposition of TiO(2) nanoparticles modified with organic dyes. Alizarin red, alizarin yellow and pyrocatechol violet dyes were used for the dispersion and charging of TiO(2) in ethanol and anodic electrophoretic deposition of TiO(2) films.
