EM-Based Optimization Exploiting Partial Space Mapping and Exact Sensitivities

We present a family of robust techniques for exploiting sensitivities in electromagnetic (EM)-based circuit optimization through space mapping (SM) technology. We utilize derivative information for parameter extractions and mapping updates.
