A conformational landscape for alginate secretion across the outer membrane of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Abstract

The exopolysaccharide alginate is an important component of biofilms produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a major pathogen that contributes to the demise of cystic fibrosis patients.
