Heterogeneity in spontaneous and tetraethylammonium induced intracellular electrical activity in colonic circular muscle

Abstract

Marked differences were observed in the intracellular electrical activities (spontaneous and TEA-induced) comparing the submucosal and myenteric plexus surfaces of the circular muscle of the dog colon.
