Cognitive Networks: Radar, Radio, and Control for New Generation of Engineered Complex Networks

In this paper, we start with a brief review of cognitive dynamic systems, the underlying principles of which apply to radar, radio, and control. Then, we describe Cognitive Networks from two perspectives: the human brain, and engineering considerations.
