Oral Etoposide and Carboplatin
Abstract
PURPOSE: Elderly patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and/or those with comorbid conditions are frequently not considered candidates for standard combination chemotherapy. An active, but less toxic regimen is needed for this group of patients.
