Abstract

CONTEXT: There is uncertainty regarding the oncologic effectiveness of kidney-sparing surgery (KSS) compared with radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the current literature comparing oncologic outcomes of KSS versus RNU for UTUC.
