Clinical utilization of genomics data produced by the international Pseudomonas aeruginosa consortium
Abstract
The International Pseudomonas aeruginosa Consortium is sequencing over 1000 genomes and building an analysis pipeline for the study of Pseudomonas genome evolution, antibiotic resistance and virulence genes.
